Alfa Business Advisors, LLC ("Alfa") is a boutique advisory firm. Alfa Business Advisors Asia, an affiliate, manages investments in infrastructure assets in Asia.

Our Energy Group assists project developers, strategic and financial investors, and government institutions in development, acquisition, financing and restructuring of power generation assets (including solar, wind, hydro, geothermal, waste-to-energy, biomass, coal and gas-fired facilities). We have advised clients in Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America and North America, and actively work with acquirers and sellers of power generation assets across the globe.

Our Special Projects Group helps start-up companies bring new products to market and assists established companies in opening new market channels for their existing products and services. We assist foreign companies in establishing presence in the United States and Russia by identifying and helping build strategic relationships with local industry players and providing market knowledge and access to capital. Alfa has worked with clients in the information technology, consumer products and industrial goods sectors.

Our Financial Institutions Group advises financial services companies and GSEs on financial reporting and regulatory compliance issues, including the Dodd-Frank Act. Our financial experts assist clients in identifying and managing complex risks associated with the development, deployment, and maintenance of complex financial and economic models used for risk management, valuation, and financial reporting purposes.
